Punjab signs MoU for paddy straw conversion

However the MC elections in Amritsar, Patiala and Jalandhar will be held in December. The delay in elections has left SAD-BJP and AAP- LIP worried and Congress leaders and aspirants for councilor ticket were in jubilant mood. The Congress leader believe that AAP will lose ground in Amritsar, Jalandhar and Patiala and in January the graph of AAP-LIP alliance will also come down. In Ludhiana, AAP-LIP alliance was giving tough fight to ruling party and SAD-BJP. Moreover the Senior Congress leaders will camp in Ludhiana only in January.
