Tandrust Punjab: A series of medical camps planned for Ludhiana district

Ludhiana, June 13, 2018: The district health authorities, Ludhiana released schedule of medical camps which will be held in various localities of city in the next fortnight as part of the Chief Minister's dream health and environmental project Tandarust Punjab . 

Civil Surgeon, Ludhiana, Dr. Parvinderpal Singh Sidhu informed that on June 12, four medical camps will be organized in Preet Nagar under Dugri Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC), Kabir Basti in UPHC Muradpura, Gurud Swatanter Nagar in UPHC Maharana Pratap Nagar and Sant Namdev Bhawan Lalheri road under Model Town Khanna UPHC. 

UPHC Dholewal will hold a camp in the centre on June 13.

On June 15, four camps will be organized in UPHC Abdullapur Basti, UPHC Maharana Pratap Nagar, Rani Wala Khoo in Jagraon and Ravidass Mandir,Khanna. On June 17, the medical camps will be held in the Happy colony under Dugri UPHC and Sanjay Gandhi Health Kiosk. 

Similarly, on June 19, four camps will be organized in Anandpuri Gurdwara under UPHC Sabzi Mandi, Gurdwara Guru Singh Sabha under UPHC Model Town, UPHC Bhagwan Nagar and Bhora Colony Gurdwara Sahib that falls under the jurisdiction of UPHC Salem Tabri.

Three camps in Gurdwara Sahib Bhatta Bhagat Singh under UPHC Abdullapur Basti, Labour Colony under UPHC Muradpura and MCH Vardhman will be held on June 21. 

The department will organize two camps on June 22 in Jagdish Nagar under UPHC Dugri and Rara Sahib Gurdwara under UPHC Bhagwan Nagar. 

On June 24, four camps will be organized in Bhora Village Gurud in UPHC Sabzi Mandi, UPHC Muradpura, Qilla Mohalla under UPHC Shivpuri and Decent School Ashok Nagar in UPHC Salem Tabri. 

One camp will be held in Jeewan Nagar that falls under the jurisdiction of UPHC Dhandari Khurd on June 25 and two camps in UPHC Salem Tabri and Tajpur road respectively on June 27. 

On June 28, the department will organize a camp in Deep Nagar under UPHC Muradpura and a camp in Metro road Health Kiosk on June 29. 

Dr. Sidhu appealed to the people to get the benefits of these medical camps.
